Q1.What happens if I order the wrong size ring?
A. We understand that it is not practical for many of our customers to come in and get their finger sized.  We also understand that you might accidentally order the wrong size ring sometimes.  Therefore, size exchange is accepted for our company and customer only has to pay shipping charges.

Q2. Does customer information can be as privacy?
A.    Yes, we do not sell or give out any customer personal information to the third party.

Q3. Does Ring can be customized?
A. absolutely, we know our customer are unique and sometimes may have special request, just tell us your specification, we can make it with no problem

Q4. What is your production time?
A. Usually, the production time is 25-30 days.

Q5. what is the Payment terms
A .Currently we accept T/T, Western Union and Pay Pal

Q6. Shipping Way
A. FedEx, DHL and UPS, The freight is according to the final goods weight.

Q7. Warranty
A. Before shipment, our QC will be carefully inspects each product to make sure there are no defects. Should there be any defect by our wrong material production, we will take the responsibility to repair it. But we will charge if defective products caused by any human made.
